2.Can you provide samples?
We offer free samples; however, the shipping cost will be borne by you.
3.Do you offer OEM/ODM services?
Yes, we provide OEM/ODM services, but a minimum order quantity (MOQ) requirement applies.
4.Can I have my own brand label on the product/carton?
Certainly, we can accommodate that, but again, there is a MOQ requirement.
5.What is your MOQ?
Typically, the MOQ is 1 carton. For custom products or packaging, it is 20 cartons.
6.What is the delivery time?
For readily available stock, we offer immediate delivery upon payment confirmation.
For non-stock items, the lead time is 15-25 days upon payment or deposit confirmation. The specific delivery time depends on the product type and the order quantity.
