We are pleased to offer free samples; however, shipping costs must be covered by the recipient.
3. Can you do OEM/ODM products?
Yes, we offer OEM/ODM services. Please note that there is a minimum order quantity (MOQ) requirement.
4. Can I have my own brand label on the product/carton?
Absolutely, we can customize branding, subject to a MOQ requirement.
5. What is your MOQ?
Typically, our MOQ is 1 carton. For custom products or packaging, the MOQ is 20 cartons.
6. What is the delivery time?
For in-stock items, delivery is immediate upon payment confirmation.
For non-stock items, the lead time is 15-25 days after payment or deposit confirmation. Delivery times vary based on the specific items and order quantity.
