Yes, we can provide free samples, but please note that the shipping costs will be borne by you.
3. Do you offer OEM/ODM services?
Absolutely, we offer both OEM and ODM services, subject to a minimum order quantity (MOQ) requirement.
4. Can I have my own brand label on the product/carton?
Certainly, we can provide custom branding on products and cartons, again subject to MOQ requirements.
5. What is your MOQ?
Generally, our MOQ is 1 carton. For custom products or packaging, the MOQ is 20 cartons.
6. What is your delivery time?
For in-stock products, delivery is immediate upon payment confirmation.
For non-stock items, the lead time is typically 15-25 days post-payment or deposit confirmation, varying based on the item and order quantity.
