We provide complimentary samples; however, shipping costs are the responsibility of the recipient.
3. Do you offer OEM/ODM products?
Absolutely, we provide OEM/ODM services, though a minimum order quantity (MOQ) is required.
4. Can I have my own brand label on the product/carton?
Yes, we can accommodate custom branding, subject to an MOQ requirement.
5. What is your MOQ?
Typically, the MOQ is one carton. For custom products or packaging, the MOQ is 20 cartons.
6. What is the delivery time?
For in-stock products, delivery is immediate upon payment confirmation.
For non-stock products, the lead time is 15-25 days after payment or deposit confirmation, depending on order items and quantity.
