We are pleased to provide free samples; however, the shipping costs will be borne by you.
3. Can you manufacture OEM/ODM products?
Absolutely, we offer OEM/ODM services, subject to a minimum order quantity (MOQ) requirement.
4. Can I have my own brand label on the product/carton?
Yes, we can apply your brand label, but this also requires meeting our MOQ.
5. What is your MOQ?
Typically, our MOQ is 1 carton. For custom products or packaging, the MOQ rises to 20 cartons.
6. What is the delivery time?
For products in stock, delivery is immediate upon payment confirmation. For non-stock items, lead time ranges from 15 to 25 days post-payment or deposit confirmation, depending on the specifics of the order.
